Cafe Event Request Form

Included in the September 2022 DTC Lease Addendum, all special events (live music, festivals, shopping events, parties etc.) taking place at DTC that utilize extended hours or increase in-person attendance beyond a typical day must be submitted for approval by management, at least 30 days in advance.

Events requested from individuals who are not DTC business tenants, are no longer permitted in The Cafe. Events requested within Farm to Toast’s normal business hours are no longer permitted in the Cafe. Events outside Farm to Toast’s normal business hours requested by a DTC business tenant must be requested using this form for approval by management, at least 30 days in advance. Food for events in the Cafe may be requested to be provided by Farm to Toast first, then other DTC businesses. No outside-DTC food or drink is permitted in the Cafe for events.

By completing and submitting this form, the event coordinator agrees to remove all trash, decorations, food, personal belongings at the end of the event, to replace any items (furniture, decor, etc.) that get broken, and leave The Cafe clean and ready to open the next day. Tenants who have an event will be held financially responsible if the terms outlined here are not followed which could include cleaning fees and replacement for any damaged or missing items.
