Event Request Form

Included in the September 2022 DTC Lease Addendum, all special events (live music, festivals, shopping events, parties etc.) taking place anywhere on the property at Dublin Town Center, that utilize extended hours or increase in-person attendance beyond a typical day must be submitted for approval by management, at least 30 days in advance.

By completing and submitting this form, the event coordinator agrees to remove all trash, decorations, food, personal belongings at the end of the event, to replace any items (furniture, decor, etc.) that get broken, and leave the space clean and ready to open the next day. Tenants who have an event will be held financially responsible if the terms outlined here are not followed which could include cleaning fees and replacement for any damaged or missing items.
